CNA is rated "A" (Excellent) by the A.M. Best Company, the leading independent insurance analyst. This rating is your assurance of CNA's financial stability and sound operating performance.
OCCURRENCE COVERAGE
HPSO's professional liability insurance policy protects you for claims that may be reported in the future, even after you have stopped practicing, as long as the policy was in force at the time of the alleged incident.
LEGAL FEES PAID - WIN OR LOSE
Coverage through HPSO will defend your interest first and foremost. An attorney will be provided to represent you personally, when we find it necessary. Legal fees will be paid for covered claims, in addition to your liability limits - WIN or LOSE.
ACCESS TO RISK MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
ACAIT's Helpline offers you an opportunity to discuss the circumstances surrounding a potential claim, get advice, and reduce the possibility of a lawsuit. The Helpline is staffed with attorneys who have extensive experience in the mental health field and can provide the information you need to protect and help you. Membership in the American Counseling Association www.Counseling.org is required.
