With this program, you and your spouse can apply for benefits from $10,000 up to $150,000. Your children can have coverage up to $5,000. Your plan also includes a special Living Benefit feature. This allows you to get up to 50% of your benefit amount if you are diagnosed with less than 12 months to live. Covers you, your spouse and dependent children. Applicants must be under age 70.
